The Energy Freedom Park
Is strategically located on the Tennessee River and Tombigbee Waterway with an international inland port and 12-mile short line rail access. The Energy Freedom Park is comprised of over 500 acres, expandable to include over 3000 acres. EFP has full service infrastructure which includes natural gas, and unlimited water resources. The park currently includes a 22,000 sq.ft. equipped laboratory...oil storage capacity of 500,000 gallons…an 80-MeW electrical substation...a 169,000 sq.ft. office complex...a 200,000 gal/day hydroponic facility...a 68,000 sq.ft. production facility plus many other amenities.
